Registration
If you want sell your HMDA/DTCP approved residential venture/plots Register. When you register by default you will become a subscriber. Actually you want to sell your plots, So you need to posting permission. We will give posting permission to realtor role. If want to posting we will change your role as Realtor. Headding
When you are posting headding should be short and clear. You should have to mention Venture or Project name and Location.
Ex: Sri County at Exit -10. or
Sri County at Exit-10, ORR, Tharamathipet.
Some times you may keep company name first like LR Medchal County at Medchal.
Description
You may write description in 3 paragraphs
In first paragraph your company name, project name, village name, near by land mark, LP Number(If not approved, give application number or mention as Proposed) , project size, plot sizes, price per sq yard.
Project Highlights in second paragraph.
Location Highlights in third paragraph.
Between project highlights and location highlights you must upload location map image.
You may give google location pin to know your property location easily.
Give detailed information in text formate only. otherwise post will be deleted.
Do not post brochers or flyers directly.
Save the text
Categery
Select Categery in dropdown, you may see HMDA Layout, DTCP Layout, YTDA Layout. Select correct categery.
Tags
Give 3 or 4 tags to each post. Tag should be layout type, location name, landmark.
Featured Image
Upload a featured image in featured image section.
Company name, Venture name, location and LP number details should have in Featured Image.
Featured image size should be 854 pixel x 480 pixel or 640 pixel x 360 pixel.
Click on Publish to publish your post.
